2022-2023 Volleyball Teams

Our school participates in the North Bay Catholic Schools Athletic League. This league consists of 12 Catholic and private schools in the Counties of Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino. We are NOT affiliated with CYO.

Registration is due May 23, 2022:

Volleyball Registration Form

The registration fee of $85 per athlete is due with the registration form. A refund will be issued if the league doesn’t get enough teams to play.

  • Boys teams are combined, 5th/6th and 7th/8th grade.
  • Girls teams are one team per grade, combined teams allowed if not enough players in one grade.
  • Practice may begin starting August 1, 2022, dates and times to be determined.
  • Games begin Saturday, August 27, 2022, and are scheduled on Saturday and Monday nights.
  • Season will end in early-to-mid October 2022.

Volunteer Coaches

Our teams are coached by volunteer parents. Each team needs 2 co-coaches.

If you are interested in coaching, please contact Athletic Director Katie Ford at 354-0805 or akajrford@att.net as soon as possible.

Coaches are required to follow and adhere to the NB CSL Coaches Code of Conduct, NB CSL Coaches Handbook, be a registered volunteer, and may be asked to attend a coaches meeting held by your athletic director.

2022 Track and Field

Invitational Track & Field Day
Sunday May 22, 2022
Cardinal Newman High School, Santa Rosa

K – 3rd event: 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
4th – 8t event: 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Over 700 student athletes from the North Bay Catholic Schools Athletic League member schools and invited guests, who register to participate, will represent their schools in this ONE DAY Track & Field event. Track teams will be formed for each grade from every invited school. Parents from all schools volunteer to coach the track teams and run the track meet.

Our school will organize practice days for our track team and volunteers to coach each team. Every grade must have parent volunteers to run practices and coach the team the day of the event.

Practices will be held on the following days:

  • K – 3rd grades: Starting in May – days and times to be determined.
  • 4th – 8th grades: Starting in May – days and times to be determined.

Volunteer Coaches

  • Every grade must have parents to volunteer to coach, or your grade will not be able to participate in the meet.
  • Volunteers must be a registered volunteer with our school and must be compliant with all Diocese regulations for volunteers. (see the school office for information to register as a volunteer)
  • Coaches will follow the practice plan and run practices with their assigned grade, and will be in charge of their team during the actual track meet.

Track Meet Volunteers – Earn Service Hours!

  • Dozens of energetic and happy volunteers are needed to work the Track Meet on May 17th.
  • Our school will be assigned an event to run the day of the track meet.
  • Our school will need volunteers to organize and run our assigned event for the entire day – running kids through, handing out ribbons, set up and clean up, etc.
  • Please consider volunteering when our school holds sign-ups for working at the track meet.
