Fees
Application Fee: $25.00
Payable at time new student is screened and is non-refundable.
Maintenance Fee: $75.00
This fee is per student and helps to fund the maintenance of the
school’s physical plant. This fee is payable at the time of
the student’s entry into school and is non-refundable.
Registration/Supply Fee: $125.00
This fee is per student and covers the cost of paper and art supplies,
student insurance, testing, and some of the student workbooks. This
fee is payable by April 10th or at the time of the student’s
entry into school. It is non-refundable.
Parent Participation Hours
Two parent families are required
to give 30 hours per year including 15 Mardi Gras hours. Single
parent families are required to give 20 hours including 10 Mardi
Gras hours. 5 hours of Mardi Gras hours must be given at the Sunday
Carnival.
Fund raising/Volunteer Hours
Translates to $750 per family.
Hours not served equals $25.00 per hour. We continue to encourage
involvement because we are a family and your support in gifts of
time and talent greatly contribute to that family atmosphere and
to your child's education. Parent involvement has been proven to
be the hallmark of a good school and has a great influence in the
education of your child. We value your parent hour contributions.
We are including an option for paying a different rate if a family
is unable to serve the hours.
Tuition
Asking tuition for the year is as follows: $4463 a year for one
child, $2845 a year for the second child, & $1683 for each additional
child in the family.
This may be paid in twelve (12) monthly payments, semi-annual payments
due July 5, 2008 and January 5, 2009 or 1 full advance payment on
July 5, 2008. These payments may be direct ACH debits from your
checking or savings account on the 5th of each month beginning on
July 5, 2008 and ending on June 5, 2009.
Early student withdrawal penalty - equivalent of two (2) months
tuition will be charged.
Actual Tuition
The actual cost of educating your child is $4600. The
difference between the asking tuition and actual cost may be considered
a tax deductible donation. Please consult your tax advisor.
Tuition Assistance And Financial Aid
Tuition assistance is available. Application forms for negotiated
tuition are available in the school office or from the FACTS
Tuition Aid website.
