Volunteers Needed: Annual Christmas Bazaar

Volunteers needed! Our annual Christmas Bazaar is an opportunity to contribute your skills in a variety of ways.

When: Event setup is Saturday December 6, 2025, the Christmas Bazaar is held Sunday Dec. 7, 2025. Classroom volunteers are needed throughout November.

Description: The St. Mary’s Christmas Bazaar is a brunch and silent auction held at Barra Winery after Sunday mass on Sunday, December 7, 2025.

Donation needs: Each class is responsible for a themed tree made with the help of the students. We are asking for additional donations of themed baskets or items for the silent auction and food for the event.

Planning needs: Classroom parents are responsible for collaborating together and with their homeroom teacher to come up with the tree. Trees can be worked on during school hours throughout November.

Manpower needs: Volunteers to help construct the class projects, event set up on Saturday, and event cleanup/help on Sunday.
