Saturday, Feb. 24th
Doors open at 5:30 pm
Dinner starts at 7:00 pm – Catered by S’Wine Country BBQ
Appetizers: bacon wrapped smoked jalapeno poppers, shrimp skewers, caprese skewers, assorted cheese, and crackers;
Main: whole hog, BBQ chicken boneless skinless thighs, fresh grilled asparagus, mango jalapeno coleslaw, freshly baked cornbread;
Dessert: southern fruit cobblers with blackberries, peaches or apples.
At the Bar: specialty drink Cajun Lemonade
Dancing and Gaming start at 9:00 pm – Music by The Funky Dozen
Dancing and gaming only tickets are $25, available at 9 pm
Dinner tickets $60 for unreserved table seating
Reserved tables available: $600 for a table of 8, $750 for a table of 10
Pay for your table by February 9th and your table will get a bottle of champagne, $50 in gaming chips and two heads or tails tickets!

Gentlemen’s Clam Chowder Feed, 6:30 pm at St. Mary’s School (gentlemen only) $15

Saturday night 12:30 a.m. or Sunday 3:00 p.m.
Reminders: Every family will need to sign up for 15 hours during Mardi Gras, with 2.5 of those worked during Carnival.
Any family may “buy out” (pay for hours) for $750. If you wish to buy out, please call the school office at (707) 462-3888.
