Step 1: Complete the Student Enrollment Application
Online Student Enrollment Application
To submit an application online, you will be asked to upload your student’s:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Baptismal certificate and/or communion certificate (if applicable)
- Current report card and test scores (for transfer students)
Printed Application Packet: Parents may contact the front office to request a printed application packet.
A $35 application fee is payable with your submitted application.
Step 2: Receive Acceptance Notification
Kindergarten admission decisions will be made by March 17, 2026. Admission decisions for 1st through 8th grade transfer applications will be made within two weeks of application submission.
Step 3: Complete Health Checkup Requirement
All incoming Kindergarten students must receive a health check up prior to school entry. Parents must submit a Report of Health Examination for School Entry (PM 171A) (pdf), completed by your student’s physician or health clinic, to our school office before the first day of school.
