Admissions
Applications for students in Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade are done on a rolling basis, dependent upon available space in a given grade level.
Step 1: Complete the Student Enrollment Application

To submit an application online, you will be asked to upload your student’s:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Baptismal certificate and/or communion certificate (if applicable)
- Current report card and test scores (for transfer students)
Printed Application Packet: Parents may contact the front office to request a printed application packet.
A $35 application fee is payable with your submitted application.
Step 2: Receive Acceptance Notification
Acceptance notifications will be sent out within two weeks of application submission.
Step 3: Complete Health Checkup Requirement
All incoming TK and Kindergarten students must receive a health check up prior to school entry. Parents must submit a Report of Health Examination for School Entry (PM 171A) (pdf), completed by your student’s physician or health clinic, to our school office before the first day of school.
